    It is pretty simple two words domain, 334 .edu links and a bit less than $1 per day revenue alone make it worth BIN.

    And yes, As I mentioned it have atleast 2 x PR6 and 10 x PR5 and countless PR4 backlinks. PR5 is gonna stay, and hopefully rise to PR6 (in past it had PR6)

    Thanks for interest people, BIN is not too high. I can let it go and fund my other project. :)
