    Is there anything I can do to get the domain name without that address or is it not worth the money :(

    You can contact someone reputed in domain name game and tell him to register it on your behalf and then give you the account access of that account in which there will only be this domain itself.

    I have done this kind of things in past for myself but the guys on the other hand were real PRO's and they handed me the domain name.

    Oh well, GoDaddy shows most .jp domains are available, but in fact they have not been so since many years ago.

    ya. thats true. some times it shows domain available. after i register it, it send me a emai saying "domain allready taken" and refund me the money.
