An IT Certification site with unique contents PR2

CERTIFICATIONist.com is an IT certification site that I built few months ago. The site has unique contents that I wrote about variety of certifications ranging from Cisco to CompTIA. The site contents are professional certification evaluations, self-study road-maps, certification news, polls, and certification book reviews.
The traffic source is mainly forums, search engines and yahoo and google groups.

The website is hosted at Godaddy. So, the assignment of the domain can be made free of charge, but you will have to pay for the hosting.
I did not earn any money from the site. I tried AdBrite for sometime but it didn’t work out for me. I think its because the nature of the advertisers of AdBrite is not into the site’s field. I believe the site would be well monetized with AdSense. I did not use AdSense because of a problem I had with Google in another site of mine.

I can provide the buyer with articles for as long as he wishes, but in a separate contract.

Now you might want to know why I am selling. I planned this project to last longer and become bigger. And from the traffic facts you can see that it is. I am selling it because I need the money. That’s the only reason. I am an academic man and don’t know that much about monetization so I didn’t manage to get money out of this project.
