    You can submit your sites for free. Featured Links cost $1.99, And you can buy sponsor listings on it for $3 per month which are sitewide links.

    umm... other than load the template it looks like you haven't done much work on this directory yet... the top still says "Directory Name" and on the bottom it still says "place google ads here".
