    I will consider putting on google ads for additional stats.

    Bad traffic = "poor traffic quality" as YPN expressed it, as in the traffic being brought in probably didn't buy much of the products that the ads were advertising.

    This seems to be the practice of purchasing clicks... which people will use to inflate their earnings and to show as "proof" of income in order to fetch a much higher selling price than what a site is really worth... or would be earning with legitimate advertising. Yahoo was not going to actually pay for this and banned the account. This business practice is known as Pump & Dump

    Question ... If you are making even 3000$ a month with YPN (and possibly Adsense after you got banned) why are you selling it for 10k = 4-5 months income ?
