This is now a STRONG PR5 directory. I have a sitewide backlink from a PR7 website, amongst several thousand other backlinks!

There is internal PageRank at category and sub-category level.

Google says, never link to seo sites; and you are linking to many seo sites and sitewide. If you want to link them anyway, it is good idea to link only from home page. Otherwise there is not much value for any site.

Google doesn't want people to swap links, or buy links. That's it.
