    @ Neptune: It depends on some factors:

    1. The package you buy: The bigger you buy the more time it will take. Why .. read the point 2.

    2. The submission rate you want: Process of link building should be a regular pace. We all know that if search engines see alot of links active in 1 day, they'll certainly get you low ranking (or even ban you ... which is a rare chance)
