Google humans are rarer than hen's teeth - very, very difficult to speak to a real person. Usually sending the same email 3 or 4 times eventually gets a reaction.

You don't have to send the e-mail 3-4 times. That's a myth created by impatient people. You just have to wait for 3-4 days.

Although, they reply sooner. Their reply also depends on the maturity & approach that reflects from your e-mail sent to them

I am so far from "big guy" status that I am not even in the same IP range as they are.

Oh well, hopefully the person I have been exchanging emails with is really someone that has the authority I need.

    Thanks,

When you say "big sites", how big those publishers are?

    Hi Friends,
Even I wonder if G can afford to have Phone or IM support considering the huge number of Adsense publishers and also other services like Adwords, etc.

Wish they will improve their Email support by providing faster response to our queries.

    Regards,

awesome post! And it also depends on the quality of your site. If your site is obviously spammy, you should, for sure, expect some more days till you hear a response. If, however, your site really really contributes something to the knowledge, they will also be respectful and contact you soon.

I am not like a big publisher guy or anything, I just have sites in my own niche, my niche being my own area in my grad studies... And once I opened a new site, and saw that ads were not related; it was like about certain words that were there in the template.

Thus, I contacted them, and they replied in 1 day, and they worked one by one with me to make sure the ads are related. See, they even do that!

I have a Google rep - but so far I have only ever emailed her. I have always received a very prompt reply, almost always within 24 hours.

So I think you will find once you start earning in the $2000+/month range Google starts looking after you a bit better. I know that bigger earners actually have Google people work on their sites helping with optimization etc like premium publishers.

They actually contacted me - I remember the first time I got their email. I nearly shat myself - because I mean the first thing you think when Google AdSense emails you out of the blue is, I've been banned, not that I'm doing anything against the TOS - it's just like a permanent paranoia that you get when you have so many of your eggs in the big Google basket.

    :D

Anyway yeah they contacted me, well my Google rep did, and she gave me some integration tips that they felt might improve my earnings. I kindly told her I didn't think they were a good idea - she said sweet, well if you need anything just email - and I have been spamming her with pedantic questions ever since! Kidding!
