Hi i'm looking to do this for my site. www.GameFrat.com When I link to a site it will be like http://www.GameFrat.com/url.php?url=http://www.url.com or something like that. And where I can edit the page so that it could have like a frame on top of the page and site i'm linking to on the bottom half. I tried googling it but I couldn't really figure out what it should be called so I got nothing.
