Reporting a site, violating laws, to Yahoo search engine!

Recently, I have noticed some forum sites (using free forum creators such as Invision Plus at a very low annual cost), where they are clearly set up to promote a specific religious or political view.

In a democracy everyone should be free to express their viewsk, but I also know that "Content which violates a local, regional, national or international law (most often child pornography, defamation, or promotion of criminal or terrorist activities) can be banned from search engines."

The above being the case, when I see a forum site where racial and religious hatred , as well as war is being actively promoted, and moderators/administrators are protecting the perpetuators (because it fits their own beliefs/purposes), how do I report it to Yahoo with a view to ban such a site from its listings?

NOTE: I have just sent the same query to Google section because I feel the information/reply to each would be different...:)

you can report them to search engines. but mostly they ban sites which do spamming. They may not if they find its just publishing something.

I don't agree with their views but free speech shouldn't be conditional.
