No weight... Still!

I've been running the co-op ads for a while in the footer on all pages of my site. After the Google PR update a day or two ago the site is PR3. The site validates fine, yet I still have no weight!

    What am I doing wrong?

    The site is www.discusscareers.com

I just re-validated, now it's telling me "Ads not found on..." a page that doesn't exist!

One thing you can do is do a Google search for "Google remove URL" and request they remove any non-existant pages from their index.

    or simpler:
create a 404-not found document, and put coop ads on that page. If your page does not exist anymore (bnt still is in the google database), it will redirect to the 404 page, which has coop ads :)

    For apache (httpd.conf)
    ErrorDocument 404 /404.html

Hmm it's an idea, but IMO it would acutally be simpler to get the page out of G's index. :)
