Is there any sites or people on DP that do the marketing side of the site for you like thay will promote it , get new vistors , members ect ?

lol Because some people make marketing their career. There's good money in it. It's also the passion of a lot of people, who don't necessarily want to be webmasters, but who prefer working for established sites and companies.

If you're specifically looking to hire, then post in the services forum under buy/sell/trade, and you'll get quotes from marketers.
Good point. There are many people who don't have content creation or graphic skills, or even the interest in learning to tweak scripts - but do have marketing skills and can make a good earning from there. There's a good lesson there - if you can earn much more by playing to your strengths, why should you compromise on your time and earnings? And a win-win joint activity (whether short term or long term) makes much more sense than trying to become the "be-all" of an online activity.
