    Following domain is for sale.

    www.cv.vg

2 letters domains very, very rare and are sold million dollors and CV is curriculum vitae and everyone needs a CV.

Overture keyword bid is also high, few dollars per click and you could make money with this domain.

    Bid starting from $30000.

    If interested, pm me.

$30K for a LL.VG is a bit high. Million dollar domains are sold, but those are .com extentions not .VG.

You'd still get a good price for it though, I don't think you can register 2 letter/charcter domains anymore.

As the users of internet worldwide are always increasing, demands for those premium domains with country codes will increase over the years.

Look at the stats of internet users at following link.

    www.internetworldstats.com/stats.htm

Extension vg could stand for "very good" and it has good future I think.

Are you aware that NAV.no (norway country code) was sold for around $717,978 and blackjack.de was sold for $300,000 in 2006 and you may look at following link where they got country code section.

    www.dnjournal.com/archive/domainsales/2006/ytd-sales-charts-2006.htm

British Virgin Islands have a population of 22,434, and only 4,000 internet users according to the site you posted.

In comparison Norway has a population of 4,657,321, and 3,140,000 internet users. Germany has a population of 82,509,367, and 50,616,207 internet users.

Due to their massive populations, there is a lot of interest in the local CC domain extentions. .VG will never be as popular as .com/net/org which are generic TLD, nor will it ever be as popular as .no (Norway) or .de (Germany)

.tv domains are becoming popular and they are domains of Tuvalu island with population of 10,441 according to wikipedia.

I know that it is because of extension of "tv" and it does not depend on the population as the domain could be usable worldwide and same applies to .vg domains. These domains are not restricted to be used for those population but for worldwide.

If you look at abbreviations.com at following "vg" page,

    http://www.abbreviations.com/VG

you will find "vg" means very good and I just registered www.cameras.vg which I will develop for "very good" Cameras.

There are about 46656 possible 3 character domains of .com and most of them doesn't make sense with number with letters etc.. Only few of them will make sense like ant.com , owl.com etc...

For 2 letter combination, there are only about 806 domains combinations in the world and only very few got meaning in it.
e.g. it, at, an, am, cv etc...

2 letter domains are very rare in the world no matter the extension is and will increase in value over time as you could not create more countries on this world.

I would recommend lowering your min bid... No one here is going to bid 30k for a VG domain... even if it was poker.vg

    Just my 2 cents.

since you havent told people to stop write in your thread and start a discuss yourself, it is your own fault to get comments.

doesnt make vg more popular that there is a ton of crab in search results on ebay.... No doubt LL always has a value but be serious - 30k haha...... I could maby get it .net for that price...

When it comes to abbreviations "ws" domains are much better as "web site" and they have a marketing campaign in the background, costing the same or less than a dot COM

Honestly, I have seen very rarely a website with VG extension, except www.epay.vg which is not as popular as people could think being a payment processor.

TV.vg has got a $2000 price tag on it. So if you want $30,000 for this then that would be a great deal for you. PM me and I will send you the link.
