They are now suing the company (indirectly the author/editor) that posted the article. If this lawsuit is is successful, could you imagine what could happen to editors if someone wants to sue because the title/description is not to their liking? They wouldn't come after the ODP, they could come right after the editors!
I'm sure it could happen to an editor if the description did not describe the site and was derogatory in nature. However, that editor would not be an editor very long anyway, since an abuse report would probably be filed and acted on quite quickly. Just because someone doesn't like the title and description, IMO, would not be sufficient - as long as the title and description were accurate.
