What are the most valuable keyboard shortcuts you've found?

OK, so we all probably know ctrl+c and ctrl+v by now. But what are some other shortcut keys that you find valuable?

I'm getting in the habit of using ctrl+n (create a message) and alt+s (send a message) in Outlook to save time.

I'm sure there are a lot of others that I could be using. Any suggestions?

I use shortcuts heavily in photoshop:
ctrl + s (save as a PSD file)
    ctrl + n (create a new project/file)
    ctrl + u (hue/saturation window to change image's color)
ctrl + alt + shift + s (save for web)

    That's about it lol

Two that I find really handy for 'on the job' tasks are:

Windows + Pause = System Properties applet

Ctrl + Tab = if you have multiple windows open in one application you can easily scroll through them (i.e., if you have a number of Excel sheets or Word documents open at the same time). I use that a lot in Dreamweaver.

Another one I should mention....(in fact, I use it so often I hardly consider it a shortcut anymore):

Windows + M = Minimise all Windows to get to your desktop (to get them back up again Windows + Shift + M). Very useful if you're like me and hoard everything on your desktop.

Does the same as what Phlegm Jar describes.

    On windows XP:
    - Windows+L (to block user)
    - SHIFT key when exiting (to click on Hibernate)
    - CTRL+Z (to Undo) I use it with regularity ;)

    On Browsers (FireFox or Explorer):
    - F5 (to refresh)
    - F11 (FULL window, without toolbars, address bar, ...)
    - CTRL+T (New tab)

For a bit of fun try this in sequence:

    Ctrl-Alt-{
    Home
    PageUp twice
    5150
    F4 three times
    F5 twice
    5150 again
    NumLock twice
    F5 twice again
    Ctrl F1 Three times
    5150 again
    then in caps type IAM
    then in lowercase type gull
    then in CAPS type IBLE
    5150 again

    Enjoy :D

You must have the wrong type of keyboard. Try this one instead:

    Ctrl-Windows-G
    5150
    Type MUST
    Ctrl-3 twice
    Shift-F11
    Type BE
    5150 twice
    Alt-Ctrl-PageUp
    End
    PageDown
    Type MORE
    Enter twice
    Numlock three times
    Home
    PageDown
    Type Gull
    5150 twice
    Ctrl-1
    5150
    Ctrl-End
    Type ible
    End twice
    5150

    Enjoy :D

this is very helpful - type "/" when using firefox and it will open the find search box and it will automatically disappear when you stop typing ;)
