I'm selling a content site that I've written at http://www.your-wedding-favors.info. This is a completely handwritten site that I wrote myself, with over 10,000 words an 19 articles all about wedding favors and related topics. Please feel free to check out the site to see what I'm offering.

The search term "wedding favors" gets searched over 3000 times per day, while this is incredibly competitive there are many profitable long tail search terms available.

This is a brand new site, so assume no traffic and no income. However, you do get the domain along with the website and all content.

I will never sell this site or content again, the buyer will get full exclusive rights to all content.

This is an auction, but the first person to BIN gets the site and domain name. The domain name is registered at http://www.namecheap.com so its a free transfer. You will need a free namecheap.com account for me to transfer the domain name to you. No I won't transfer to other registrars.

Great question, I should have mentioned that beforehand.

I'm not holding on to this because I'm pretty new and at this point I'm more interested in the immediate cash from selling the site then working on promotion.

Also, I really enjoy creating the websites but find promotion a bit dull.
