    How do i increase traffic next in compliance with tos on my google adsense sites?

    do not buy traffic. It may hurt you. I think you could use adwords if you like immediate results. Else, do some directory submit and buy inbound links. It will help in the long run.

    You should do following in order to get traffic:
    (1) Adwords (if you can get back the money you invest, do some maths)
    (2) Submit your site to number of social bookmarking sites.
    (3) Do some email marketing, write in public groups
    (4) Forum links and discussion helps (what you do now)

    Get a good seo guide. You can do some simple optimisation in a few afternoon's work that will have a definite effect. The hard part is the waiting-It may take a while for the search engines to pick up on the changes, but don't give up and keep working at it and you will see some great results.
