Who does YPN prefer?

Do you think YPN would prefer people making $5,000 a day over people making $10-$100 a day since the more money you make the more money they would make? Just want to see some peoples opinions on this.

It really depends on the conversions of the clicks :)

Are you seriously asking if Tommy down the block would rather make $5000 a day or $10 a day? Seriously? What kind of question is this? Of course they want people who make a lot of money, because it means they make a lot of money too. Wha???

They want to make more money but they want the clicks to be converting clicks! I believe that yahoo / ypn / overture would rather earn $10.00 a day (in converting clicks) than $5,000.00 a day (in bogus shitty non converting clicks).

    thats my 2 cents,

What I should have asked in my question is do yout think that Yahoo would favor me and overlook some of the issues with a site since it is making more money then the average publisher.

It depends on the type of website... is it a myspace site?

no. if you are violating tos, i dont think they care how much you make. if your clicks are not converting, they dont care how much you bring in. if advertisers are "jumping ship", they dont care how much you are making. the question is truly mute. they want quality, not quantity. if all they cared about was money and not quality, they would just open the international flood markets, come out of beta and let every tom dick and jane get in.

They want quality & good conversions? Well they need to send good quality page related ads then they'll have good conversions.
I have a metal detecting site and I'm getting ads like "Hot pittsburgh singles" and "Forklift Parts" Makes my site look spammy.

I would have to disagree with karagold. If your making a few thousand dollars and have a TOS violation on your site, YPN will be a lot more leniant with working with you to get it fixed, then if you were making $1 on your site.

Its a cost-benefit analysys. If they pay the Yahoo staff $30/hour, it is not wise to have one of this spend 3 hours resolving an issue with a client that has a TOS violation, they will send him a canned warning message, and then just ban them.

I'd say $5,000 also. I'm making about $5,000 a day with my YPN account and they seem more content with me than other people making much less.

I don't make in that range, I also don't make in the $5000/day range....I personally think it is about your niche, and how much traffic you get rather than $$...YPN is getting paid by the advertisers no matter what...
