    What kind of prove? I bought the site a week ago and I didnt know about the template and I've contacted the previous owner about it also i'm waiting for response. And I'm sure the theme is legal but he just removed the footer link.

    I wouldn't be 100% certain. These themes have been illegally sold on DP itself, illegally distributed on warez sites. Hopefully that is the case and the theme is legal, I however would not fully count on it.

    My links are wrong! One has http://wwwhttp://www, fix it. The other is messed up too, the name has to be typed in twice, not once, for the shadow effect.
