Domains are both registered in namecheap (free push). If you dont have any account you can create one for free.

Hosting:
Sites are hosted in http://www.suprservices.com/proxy.html and using Proxy Plan 3.
I'm selling the sites because I'm moving out of internet business for sometime due to some college exams and some personal problems.
Starting BID = $250
BIN = Make me an offer or I will set it later
Buyer will get access to the hosting till it expires (1month left).

With only $2.5/day, $250 is kinda high for a starting bid.

I dont know why he would need cpanel access. I think it would make more sense to just get screenshots of whatever he wants to see.

My bid may seem low, but a site is only worth what someone is willing to pay. I started at $75 because its about 1 months revenue, from a site making $2.5.

 

He wants the cPanel access coz he wants to see the livestats. And the site worths more for that traffic.

 

I personally think that you have given enough stats. The only thing maybe worth looking at is the traffic and adsense stats for today. The traffic is high, but not all that traffic is seeing ads. You get 7k uniques/day, but your ads are only being shown 2k times/day.

 

And that's why I wated to see stats! He gave me access to his cpanel and I discovered that most of the traffic is from hotlinking pictures on chinese forums. It was too high diference between daily uniques and ads shown.

Sorry shakir, I withdraw my offer. Hotlinking will eat up your bandwith and you won't make a dime.

Those themes are copyright to me, the "designed by" states a name that has no right to be there, Ilogak did not create them, I did.

I advise anyone who's looking to buy these sites to be aware that the themes MUST have my credit link in the footer at ALL times.

Lastly, these themes are now upgraded to PHProxy 0.5b2 and don't have the bugs and issues these ones do. The current themes and more are now for sale at my site. Do not buy these site unless you plan to remove the themes or put my copyright back in the footer.

This "Ilogak" is scum and has no right putting his name where PHProxyThemes belongs and no one else has the right either.

 

Colleen I dont know about ilogak or whateva I bought the site from someone else. So can you give me the footer link so that I can put it back.

I am $50 interested after hearing about the hotlinking. Seriously, you can put your site on goodwaiter or any other high traffic chinese site and get thousands of hits.

Yes, but we are not taking resources into account here. With 7k uniques hotlinking/day we are looking at some serious server power. A DS atleast, and those typically run for about $100.
