    Btw., try namepros.com for domain appraisals, don't remember who recommended it here on DP but thanks anyway, I have asked for few domains and there are always some knowledgeable people to jump in with an appraisal, that forum is specialized in domains and has special appraisal board.

    I agree that right now, it's pretty much worth what you paid for it (as long as you didn't pay over $8). Your best bet would be to develop it. :)

    I think as someone pointed out to you on one of the domain forums, TheSEOKing.com doesn't really carry much by way of value as a stand-alone, undeveloped domain. Like they pointed out, SEOKing.com without the 'The' would be much more valuable.
