Nudists

I am developing a site for naturalists (naked people) featuring a famous nude beach. Is this not usable for adsense?

as long as they are not engaged in sexual acts you are fine.

 

Why not send the site to Google and let them decide, that way you'll be safe.

Legally, I don't believe it is considered adult content. Nor is it considered pornography (consider the underaged usually being shown on "naturalist" sites, a side stepping of the law in my opinion).

But it's really up to google.

Why are you asking here? If someone says "Yes" and you do it, then get banned, what are you going to do? Come back here and ask us to un-ban you?

I'd ask the source, ie., Google if it is ok.

 

mia, I did ask google, they said to refer to the TOS, which I did, but this is not porn, so I was looking for other opinions.

Can't you get another adsense account in someone elses name so if the site gets banned it doesn't hurt you?

 

I would call it porn at least soft core, a movie on tv that shows nudity has an adult rating even when not showing sex. But that is my opinion.......

 

americans are really wierd about nudity. And by really wierd i mean rabidly overreactive and irrational. I would definately email google ONCE MORE and politely ask for a definitive yes or no.

in europe there are naked people in magazines, on TV, etc. And the world didn't end.

It's OK to show a child 9000 murders a year, depict violent sexual behavior (as long as no nipples are involved), and teach gratitutous evil....but...

if you make a certain sound with your mouth that sounds like truck, or show a human body part, god forbid it, you ass will be sued!

Well, I guess you can call it art or culture and then be fine with it. I personally doubt that Google would have a problem with it, but like Mia said ... don't take our advice and blame us if Google has a problem with it

I'm trying to find some nudist sites with adsense but so far no luck.

They do have a ton of nudist sites out there though.
