A former seo firm had registered my domain into the coop already in an account. I asked them to cancle the account (as I believe they did). However - I am still not allowed to create an account using that domain. Please advise, as I do not know what to do.

Have you asked them for the user ID/password they used when registering the co-op account?

Nope - I just asked for them to cancel it. Which I believe they did.

    Domain in question.

O... and its important to note... that the email registered is most assuredley not from a domain I have control over. (as I read in other threads that I could do a catch all and try to reset the password - to get access). Thanks for you help.

from my understanding you can't cancel an account - it just goes innactive when it's not used. best bet is to ask him for the username and password

Roger that! I'm afraid he has bounced the account into his master account. Any suggestions if that is the case?

The easiest thing to do is ask him to give up the account. The other thing would be to remove ad network ads so it stops validating for him.

He believes that he has rolled that account into a master account. He gave me access to his master account - but I do not see a place to take away that domain. It also appears that he has forgotten the email addresses used for the domain "behindthebib.com" Can you look it up for me? - or Just Delete the account. Check the whois contacts for the domain - its me!

    I'm dying... Argh!

O - Shawn another question - if I take the ads off... how does that give me access to it?

You can unbind the account from the master if you go to that account's settings (which you should be able to get into if you can get into the master account on it).
