    How Many Sites Can I Link To Without Affecting My Ranking?
    i see many sites with high pr "ex : webmaster-talk.com" linking to +10 sites can i do the same or it is only for high pr sites.

    this site was pr7 but in last update pr down to 6.
    is many external linking may be the reason?

    If outgoing links are not to banned sites, I guess the number is not so important, but you may lose some part of PR from your inner pages..it will like be shared with the outgoing links

    It doesn't matter if it's PR0 as long as the site is relevant to yours. Make sure that the site you're linking to is indexed and check if this site is not using blackhat techniques.

    Linking to "pr0" pages doesn't do any harm. With more outgoing links, each link will pass on less PR. Having a lot of outgoing links is not the reason for going down in PR. The thing is you need more and more incoming links to maintain the same PR.

    It depends ... indicated outgoing links per page are MAXIMUM 50 links

    For users or for the Search Engines. I think according to the Google Webmaster Guidelines, it says 100 links on every page. check the Google webmaster Guidelines.

    Linking out does not affect rankings

    It will dilute your PR somewhat.

    Google says to use a maximum of 100 links per page....

    You do not want to go too far linking out, unless your site is a directory or such..

    Better to link to a few high value resources.
