WTS: One of the fastest growing and active Gaming forums

Due to a new job and seemingly 1000s of other projects going on, I'm going to be looking to pass on a vBulletin gaming forum which has grown into one of the most active forums in the gaming world in just a couple of strong months. With 120,000 posts and close to 9000 members it's starting to become a much bigger job than what I have time for right now. I wish I did have it because the potential is seriously great. It is also networked up with another niche gaming site which may also be included.

Currently PR3 on first ranking after opening up threads to guests, now Google has indexed over 2,300 unique pages. Forum is fully SEOed. Several mods added. Nice stylish skin. Stats have been close to 1,000 uniques daily. Avg. 50 new members/day. Revenue +$180/month.
