Hi There, This page here: http://www.sharewareratings.com has two ad link blocks, one at the top of the page is showing fine. The other, which should be showing below the category navigation on the bottom left is not showing at all, but the adsense javascript is in the html code. If I remove the top ad-link the bottom one appears. Any idea what's going on here? Mark
Hmppph. OK thanks, well I'll trial it up the top for a while and then move it down to the side and see how they compare.
Hehe, I'll pass on your compliments to my business partner in the site (http://www.highvhost.com/), he did all the design work, I did all the code monkey and DB work.
I thought Google's Adsense let you show 3 ads, 2 adlinks, and 1 search box? Unless of course they changed their TOS in the past couple of months.
That's right, Google lets people have up to 3 add boxes on one page (like skyscraper etc.). I have the same problem - when I put a second ad on my index page the first one disappears, and this shouldn't happen. The next step downwards was my first ad show only 1 ad instead of 5 most of the time. Now 2 or 3, seldom 4 or 5, and now some ads are completely irrelevant to content (advertising 'sexy boys and girls', webcam connections and such on my turtle biology site). I asked Google a two times about it and they said they can't see anything wrong. Now my traffic is even waaaaay down - maybe those ads scared some kids and teachers. I have noticed that my site has been indexed the last time on June 19th, which is long time ago. Also, 'related pages' show nothing - I have no idea what's going on with my site on Google. Least to say depressing, after last month being good (made 50% more than the previous month)...
Why thank you sir, Noone has ever complimented one of my db's before We've got 4 locations we're going to try for the ad link block and that's one of them. I've gotta say the current one is sucking butt at the moment
