Why am I selling it?

I am working on a new project and forums do not really intrest me any more. Also I never spend any money promoting this site, I have no money left, for hosting or anything else, so I cannot continue, also I never paied for any advertising etc, it was all word to mouth!

I have never used any Paied Posters for this forum, every single member has posted for the fun of it and none of them have ever got a reward of some sort for posting, I never had enough money to spend on buying any Posters, the new admin can feel free to do so of course, with there money!

Here's an update guys. I bought his site for $220 (by Paypal) and even give him a $30 bonus because I thought everything was going great and he was being very helpful. Boy was I wrong. It appears this guy is a scammer.

I agreed to send him $125 upfront and then once the domain was transfered to my Godaddy account and I had access to his hosting account on Godaddy I would give him the remaining $95. Well he transfered the domain to my account without a problem and gave me access to his Godaddy account. So I thought everything was going great and as planned. So I sent him the rest of the money but I thought he was being so helpful and needed the money so bad I sent him an additional $30 for a total of $250. Yeah I know I'm stupid.

Then things went south. Then we were suppose to transfer the IPB license and change the nameservers, etc... This is when he no longer replied on MSN messenger, or replied to email. I tried emailing at several different email accounts sent him PMs through Digital Point. But nothing. Then I logged into his Godaddy account and noticed he changed the hosting which was setup for YourChatPlace.com to point to another one of his domains. That is when I knew something was up and he was trying to scam me. So I changed all his passwords in his Godaddy account. A few minutes later I got an email from his Godaddy account requesting the password be changed because it had been forgotten. I did not make this request so I'm sure he did.

I could be completely wrong about this guy and just jumping the gun but something differently is not right. So X-Aamir-X if you are out there and this has just been a big mix up then email me and lets get this straighten out.

In the meantime do not trust X-Aamir-X.

What else do you guys think I should do? Should I file a complaint with Godaddy or Paypal?

 

Here is an update. Everything is fine and the site has been transfered.

I jumped the gun and got all freaked out. X-Aamir-X was having MSN problems and never checked and saw my emails until the next day. Sorry to X-Aamir-X for the miss-communication.

So YourChatPlace.com is up and running.
