Submitting english language blog to foreign directories

    Would it be a bad idea (seo wise) to submit a english language blog to a foreign language directory if the directory allows?
    I dont mean within a english version of their directory or in some "World" category but just a standard category within their foreign directory.

    Im also talking about general directories and not blog directories.

    cenkbut thanks, i was holding back on doing so as i didn't want to suddenly do damage, im most pleased to hear that you have had success from doing it.
