    Yes - there will be visitor proof before the sale....

    Links only have to stay if you decide to take over subscriptions... If you do not want the links there, buyer can remove them and we'll cancel the subscriptions, otherwise advertisers will need to set up a new subscription to keep their links with buyer.

    You say 'no attention from me' so are you saying the newly submitted links dont need reviewing before they appear on the site...?

    Or do you review them prior to submission, if so how much time are you spending supporting the site please

    ok --- well - when their is a submission, I do log in to accept it..... I am only notified when a paypal subscription comes in, so at that time, I do need to log in to accept the new link. Other than that, the site just sits unmonitored.

    Still looking for some serious offers on this real estate site.....

    I originally sold the site a few months ago here on DP for $1,500.00 .... I wound up buying it back shortly afterwards for $1,000.00

    Now it is for sale again.... I think we can some better offers going......
