Can't see any, just a space for them, but I have seen it done similar way on other webs and it is probably OK if the part that I can't see isn't going against TOS.
He's labeling the ads as "Latest News" and "Ad-Supported" when they can be only labled as Sponsered Links or Advertisements
Yeah, it's a minor infraction, and easily rectified by changing the text. Considering all the other egregious violators out there: no big deal. As always, IMO. AmCy

lol I remember (a long time ago) I used flamingtext.com to make my logos, now I like to think they are a little better
But I like the way how he blend the ads, with the latest post....its looks like the same and I'm sure he got lots of clicks from there
