Would these sites still have any value?

My adsense account was deleted for "invalid clicks"... would this site still have a value, or am I screwed?

I bought it exactly one year ago ...

    http://www.videoconferencinginsider.com/

Site is now PR5 and has a nice custom Wordpress theme to boot.

Yes, they have value to a new buyer but not that much since the site hasn't been monetized. If you are trying to sell it, come up with a beginning price and let the market dictate what people would pay. If you are unsatisfied with the bids then you can continue to hold onto it and look for other ad revenue generating options.

Maybe someone in the US with a YPN account, it's poison for those who use Adsense only because once it's banned it's banned, whack up someone elses adsense code and that account is going to get into trouble as well.

Once it's sold it should start with a clean sheet. If not all the buyer would have to do is notify Google that the site belongs to a new owner. Unless the problem is in the code or also in the code. In this case this should be rectified before applying.

Google is well-known for not even responding to such requests.

If Google doesn't respond, then move on. There are plenty of other ways to monetize a site profitably without AdSense.

Well I have no direct experience with banned domains getting unbanned, so if you say so, I guess it's just like that.

In theory you'll agree that it should work that way, but Google is a little funny when it comes to Adsense...
