Excellent content! I would add more pictures relevant to what you are taking about. What is the goal for this website? I see you got a blog there too!! You might want to get a banner for this site, overall content looks superb, you have worked hard. I would make the text stand out a bit more!
I think that you have obviously worked hard on content. But I think that there is too much text (especially on the home page) and not enough graphics. Remember, you are pitching marketing services, so your customer base will be expecting to see high quality graphics design along with the good content. Rightly or wrongly, marketing is often identified with cool graphics designs by businesspeople who know little about marketing (your likely prospect base, of course.)
Definitely too much text. As a potential customer, I want to immediately see what services you offer, with visual clues to help lead me to where I want to go, and to inspire me with your creative wizardry.
Agreed with what's been said. Show me what you can do for me, then tell me what you can do for. Keep the homepage/entry pages shiny and make me click to learn about the deep.
