hey guys I dont know whether this is the correct place to post this question but still : I have purchased some WSO (Warrior Special Offers) eBooks,reports and other things. Is it legal to sell them on Any other forums? for instance DP, If it is legal then I'll give it a go I am sure you guys will like it. Please Help Me out with this
I would say that it matters what kind of license you were given from the person who did the wso. If it doesn't say you are allowed to sell it at all then no you cannot sell it. If it says you can resell it and doesn't say you cannot sell on forums I don't see why not.
Exactly what Rhonda said. If the rules state no selling, that means no selling anywhere including eBay or any other forum. Talk to the seller and never attempt to sell anything you don't have rights for. You never know who here knows who else in the marketing world
This is the only reason I have not started selling them Will ask the seller if i got the resale rights and selling them in forums
Most WSO's have the rights posted somewhere in the listing and if there were none posted, more often than not the WSO came with personal use only rights.
If you've got resell rights (which you should know if you've got or not. If you don't know, you probably haven't) you can resell the product anywhere (unless of course the author has specified otherwise in the rights). Bah.. this post is becoming a mess of exceptions, so I'll stick with the good advice above - check with the author
