    Definately. Go for it.
TIP 1: Sell links on individual pages, not the whole site
TIP 2: Sell 4 links per page initially and double the available links after 3 months. You don't want to be selling links too quickly on your site as it may be frowned upon from the big G

They are good. 50% revenue share may seem high, but they generally are able to sell links very well. So I make more money than if I sell all links myself.

I think the affiliate program sucks.

Ive sent over 1,000 visitors to them and converted on 2. Before you ask, yes it was targetted traffic.

Interesting! I'm gonna sell links so

Thanks for all the tips.. I'll consider them :)

Does the link buyer choose the site or it is automatically chosen?

You can choose to approve link requests yourself but I think you'll find that you'll be quite happy with the quality and industry type of links.

I used to use them , but then decided , I rather sell links on the forum here , and get full price, then give them 50% , so I cancelled my account over there, and now I just sell links myself :)

Thanks.. but actually I'm asking if the one who buys the link choose the site where the link will appear or if the TextLinkAds choose the site to them

I have over 100 sites with some PR value. I chose 25 established sites with PR4+ for a minimum 6 months and began selling links about 6 months ago. It was very nice to make a few extra bucks and I was very excited about this new rev source. The most recent PR update saw everyone of these sites drop to PR2 and many went to PR0. Each of these sites was stable and consistent until this most recent update. I continued updating these sites and even added some new paid links with the money earned with hopes of boosting them further, no such luck. I'm dropping TLA and looking at recovering from the damages now.

you actually think your PR dropped because you were selling links with t-l-a or what are you trying to point out here ?

this PR update affected pretty much all sites, not only selling TLA links. I would say its bit far fetched to link PR drop to TLA ads.

It makes no sense your PR to drop because the links at your site. It can happen due to bad neighborhood.

How can google know the difference between a sold link and a normal "Blog roll" link from wordpress?

sure - if you join you can browse the 'text link ads marketplace' with sectors and kwywords associated with each page.
You also see a screenshot of the page.
Although they don't show the URL anyone with any savvy can work out which website's selling the links.

I'm using the service as a publisher and it's nice. They only share 50% of their revenue, but they can sell your link spaces.

It's a great program to have some extra revenue.

Right now as of today the last word on "network links" cannot be truly spoken,
as the 'ranking wheel' is still spinning around. After this is settled it will be more clear
what the exact value of these links will be in the future.

What affordableweb said could be a hunch into the new direction, because it's basically
even easier than DSB said to get the 'network' connection of every TextLinkAds link
(from and to). I would still be careful the next 2 weeks in this regard.

One thing most people still fail to fully understand: G analyzes everything, and their analysis
is not only very smart, but also very sensitive, I see every bit of our linking action reflected.
Wherelse Yahoo seems to be sleeping, and MSN in a state of deadness (?) .
But G knows the exact every single move, they are not even in the same league as all others.

Repeating what others have said: it's a great service. If you happen to have a site whose readers are interested in making money with their own websites, then the referral program will be even better. Another option is to refer people to buy links. Every time somebody becomes a publisher or joins to buy links via your referral link, you earn $25 (at the time of writing).

Getting bit off-topic... but I would also recommend their ReviewMe.com service (same company behind these services) that lets you write blog posts (it's better to write blog posts that are actually useful for your audience...).

They pay you promptly in the beginning of every month (usually maybe 1st - 4th day).

    Warmly recommend them.

P.S. One word of warning... as with any other affiliate/link system you need to be patient. It will take some time before somebody joins the system... but when they do, it's nice to get $25 referrals now and then :) Also the link sales are good if you give detailed information about your site.

I recomend TLA. It's a great way to monetize small sites, with some traffic and PR.
I didn't earn nothing from the referal program.
