When will Yahoo Publisher Network be out of the beta stage? When will it be easier for more publishers to get in?

This is the same question of thousands of webmasters.

And this is still going on from Ending of 2005.

    It's just suspense.

If you've been applying with one site and haven't gotten in, it must be your type of site. Try another site. I got in with a tech site.

What are the benefits? It seems like the less people using YPN, the less money they will make. How can that be a benefit?

correct-also there are some yahoo benefits that have to do with publisher contracts. Beta contracts have different stipulations which benefit yahoo.

Hopefully it'll come out of beta soon, but there is no indication from Yahoo! that it's going to come out of beta. All we can do is wait for them to announce something. If anything, I hope they come to the United Kingdom. :p :)

I'm sure they'll give the UK some importance. After all, the US and UK rates are almost identical. If anything, they'll try to get it into the UK first before they go international.
