    You get listed in Google you need links to your company's site from a page that gets spidered regularly. To do well you need a good site with unique and lots of links pointing to it.

    go to google.com/webmasters/sitemaps and submit your sitemap

    if you own a blog use some sitemap generator plugin otherwise make a sitemap using some online sitemap generating service and u wil get listed in google soon ;)

    You should also submit a sitemap to google, you will probaly got 50% chance to get indexed without a link within a week

    Well, you probably need more than to get into google. You also want to be found for relevant search queries. That would take more than a link on this forum. You need quality links.
    Submitting articles to article sites isn't a bad idea. Link exchange is a bad idea.
