    Perhaps the owner uses a 1280 pixel screen resolution, in which case it would look fine. I'm sure it is against the terms and conditions though.

    If you also want to make floating adsense then go ahead and get banned from the adsense. Let him enjoy until he got banned. Y u envy on him need to complain.
