    I'm starting to get suspicious about this suit, no one else has been named beside Scott Richter. Surely MySpace would be able to name who else they're sueing after so much time has passed?

    Although by Nintendo's post, it may look un true, I did get an email from a few networks saying that publishers are no longer allowed to promote campaigns in myspace. So I guess it scared them a little or something.
