    I dont have exp with this particular program but I can tell you link schemes of any sorts in the eyes of the Search engines are not good. Do it natural for long term success.

    I haven't used linkmetro but I have used other similar websites in an effort to get some good link exchanges when starting some sites last summer and I have to tell you they all suck. Like the seoegghead article says most (almost all) link exchange requests are from spammers. Don't waste your time with such services and most importantly don't waste your money. Let the links happen naturally and Google will pay you in lots of karma for that.

    LinkMetro is not worth it. Not great sites to exchange with and I'm sure Google is wise to the exchange site like these.

    all crappy sites is begging for link because they themselves is not having even PR1....i don't know bout u but save ur time, do something else that's worth the while ...if crappy sites linked to hundreds of crappy sites, will PR raise ? and u know whats the most surprising thing ? never has any good PR sites asking to link using linkmetro...holly s**t !!
