I am trying to create a page, similar to the rest of the site, that houses the page at a specific url. I basically have a header, a left nav and then I want the other page to display in the content portion. I tried through DW 2004, but it seems like quite a pain in the a$$... Any advice...
I just wanted to add to this. I know have frames working... BUT they are only displaying in FF and not in IE. [nourl]http://www.net-marketing.ca/test/template.html[/nourl] Click on the mls image at the bottom, if you are using IE, you will see the page does not load... what is going on? PS: If someone can help me to get the framed page to look like the template.html page, that would be much appreciated...
Not really sure of what you are doing, I looked at your source code and it just says Take a look here and see if this is what you are trying to do http://www.gadget-info.com/TEST/mike_harris_group.htm
Fry buddy, that is so close... now, if you can get the following url (http://www.mls.ca/propertyresults.aspx?id=1028121&mode=1) to display in the framed portion. I am also trying to use this "template" [nourl]http://www.net-marketing.ca/test/buying-tips.html[/nourl] I would basically remove the image of Mike at the top and save only the top and left navigation... Thanks again... I really do appreciate it..
Yeah, isn't she a beauty? Pitty she is such a slut Is this what you need? http://www.gadget-info.com/TEST/test.htm Just play around with the sizes until you get exactly what you need
Fry, I wanted to let you know that your version worked perfect and thank you very much. I am not sure why mine wasn't working in IE, but whatever, it works now. Thanks buddy... Here is how it turned out... http://www.abbotsfordrealestate.com/current-home-listings.html Don't worry anti-frames people... this was a quick fix solution for what was an otherwise terrible looking display setup... Check out this handsome lad... http://www.abbotsfordrealestate.com/our-team.html#rodfriesen hehe..
I was a big fan of iframes in the past until I realized how much I hated the darn horizontal and vertical scroll bar in the iframe, that you can never completely get rid of, and not to mention how badly they get indexed with google.
