Links: Submitted to more than 1200 directories. Didn't buy links at top paid directories, but you can do it. Has got lots of backlinks: 55,000+ and growing each day the only link that should be renewed is the one at maxlinks, all the other links will remain for 9-10 more months at least lots are permanent (majority)
The only PR7 link I bought was an inner page of mobilemag.com ($20/month)

Pagerank: Domain is PR6, Inner Pages are PR5-4-3, and all kinds.. haven't checked all.

Revenue: Well as you can see it is a free directory, so I earned through featured links and sitewide text link selling (you can remove this on the 02/02/07). I sold on average about 3-4 featured links a month (being a pr0). Revenue for last 3 months was about $500 (approx.)

Why I am selling at this price?:
Directory business is getting hotter and hotter, cause selling high pr links is something really valuable nowadays for SEO. You can sell sitewide links at $35-40/month, making a total revenue of $350-400/month just by selling 10 sitewide text links. The rest of revenue will come from selling directory text links, so if you make the directory paid and you are a good marketer, you should have no problem in a getting a good amount of money on the short term.

You can pay via paypal or escrow, if bin is not hit, buyer pays fees, if bin is hit we pay 50 50

Yes Marcus, I know I can make nice amount of money out of it, but the thing is I am not good at promoting.. so I won't be able to get all the money that can be gotten out of it..
