    Notes: The age and the indexing of this domain are well worth the price. With a little SEO work and linking from some other members’ joke sites, this site would be a great traffic generator. The site is already preloaded with a ton of jokes and has a CMS that will allow you to add/update jokes as needed. A footer file has been added to all pages which will allow you to quickly update the pages if you wish to run an ad network on the site.

    Domain is at Enom and will be pushed to your account at no charge. You can also do a transfer if you like.

    This is a great opportunity to get a well indexed and aged domain cheap.

    $20 -- would it be difficult to modify the script for an additional domain ? I have a domain i wanted to make a joke site out of but this site is much more professional looking -- just not a huge fan of the .us domain

    The backend is PHP based and uses template files for all the pages. Should be easy to make updates to layout.

    The .us name shouldn't be an issue. The name has some stick appeal to it. anyway, with much of the traffic marketing coming from the search engines, having users remember and type in the domain name is less needed these days.

    I will give access to the cPanel account and let the buyer make the move. There is no rush in moving the site either, it can sit on my server for a while if needed.

    I was asked why I am selling. This site has been sitting for almost 2 years now and I haven't taken the time to work on it. My backlog to to high now, needs to go to a good home.
