I am selling my best web directory Links Arena .It is listed in top class directories like Aviva, 2yi, Alive, Romow, Elegant Directory(Featured), Forplex(Featured), Links Factory etc.

Main domain is PR0 due to recent strange update although it has internal pages of PR5 like www.linksarena.com/about.php is PR5 and www.linksarena.com/blog is PR5.Few categories are PR4.So on next update, it will get good PR.I think PR6.It has even more backlinks now so on next update backlinks will increase in google .

Since it's free directory I've earned 100$ from featured links! and 275$ from selling blog posts on blog located at http://www.linksarena.com/blog .I've also sold a sitewide link on site for 15$ per month to DP Member Humm.And one more sitewide link at 15$ per month to dp member max_pain and another to digitalpoint member coolweb for 15$ per month.So monthly from sitewide is 45$.Also Site has technorati rank Rank: 48,148 (158 links from 69 sites) that’s just from blogs which are listed in technorati.Alexa is 63,153.I’ve also sold a a small image space on my blog for 10$ per month.This directory is also participating in directorycontest.com and is currently at 7th position

Ok lets me get this points first.

If you promise me that the backlinks will remain and atleast next 1month and also if I don't have too keep those sitewides for more than 1month.

Yep, backlinks will stay.As most of the backlinks are from users who are using my templates etc.I've only purchased a link at elegantdirectory.com for 30$ and at 2addhere.info for 7$ per month.Others are permanent I'll email you subscription links.Also regarding sitewide if you want i can give you email of coolweb and maxpain so if you wana continue sitewide with them.They'll pay you otherwise you can remove links after 1 month and i cant get off my reserver i spent 2k

This is amazing Saad, you dir definetely has to be one of the best dirs around and with the amount of link building i have seen for your dir, the recent PR update came as a surprise, was hoping you would go to a PR6 this update, but i guess many suffered the case of internal link catching PR and not the homepage

There is a shortage of quality that comes on to the market, but this directory is a 'stand out exception' and will be snapped up by someone who wants to enter the Quality Directory Market

ah what a shame your selling, excellent directory, I would of wanted to buy it in a couple of months but don't have that kind of money now lol

To briefly answer your question not in full as that will take too much time, but to understand a little of the Directory Market
First this Directory for sale is very well marketed and supported
And in a fiercely competitive market place that is a fundamental requirement, but not easy to find in many instances
Also the directory is established therefore the base to build upon is in situ
These plus many other factors make the Directory viable and the new owner will realise a ROI within a realistic timeline

 

This is the best directory.
Look at the backlinks.
Owner spend about over $4000.
If i had the money i will buy it.
If this doesn't end early i will definately try everway to get the money.
