'Bookmark me' links for WP Posts ?

    I've come across several Blogs using small 'Bookmark me' icons for each post, like the one shown in the image below.

    I just wanted to know if theres a plugin for this, or do we have to write code and add it to the blog posts ?

    (Adding it to CMS Blogging, as I feel this is the appropriate place)
