    I don't think it was the right thing to do. He resold the site in less then 3 hours, not even thinking that it may take time to go through a purchasing department, etc. He was demanding a response when it had been less then an hour.

    For the future, it would be best to honor the transaction unless it is relisted to be sold due to the transaction having fallen through.

    Now that does deserve something doing about it.
    OK, selling to someone else only a couple of hours after agreeing a contract of sale is pretty low. But selling someone elses script (having said that you had permission to) is theft.
    /me thinks a special level should be put in place - I'm sure the mods could think of a good name for it :D

    Anyone interested in buying frmo anyone is free to investigate someone's reputation (see big red sign on right) and read past thread started by seller (see all scams). Who, from now on, falls for this trickster has only himself to blame IMO.

    He is on some other forums too. SOme of the other threads are pretty funny.

    I think DP was the nicest to him, kept giving him the benefit of the doubt. People weren't so nice elsewhere. I remember when he was selling the AdSense hack for vBulletin. He didn't even know how it worked. The real owner of that version was pretty pissed at him.

    Reselling this script is illegal

    If anyone sees the script being resold could they please contact me.
    This is not only effecting the seller but the buyer.

    We have new measures coming into place from tomorrow to stop this exact thing happening.

    If anyone has bought a script please contact me.
