Need help with placement, low CTR

Avg daily traffic = around 300 uniques, around 900 pages.

Current CTR is hovering around 3-3.5%.

Bottom ad and top ad divide CTR almost equally but top add makes about 70% more per click if i were to estimate it.

Any ideas on how to improve placement of ads to get better CTR?

My advice is put the bottom ad further above your site. maybe between every post.

Try wrapping a small block around the text and also go to adsense settings and remove the "advertise on this site" link displayed with the ad.

3% is actually quite good. Nevertheless, I would recommend placing a third banner inthe middle of the content and leave the other two alone.
