    A few notes I forgot to post on the original thread.

    Featured and Regular listings are permanent.
    Alivedirectory, phpLD & Graffias are sponsors so the links will remain as is
    Romow.com will end until Sept 25, '07 (1-yr purchase)
    agentdirectory & alpha web directory will expire after 4 months.
    The rest are link exchange partners and they will be notified for a change of ownership.

    I've sold several links in the past few months. I believe, the site can earn more if its well-promoted...I just don't have the time due to other priority sites.

    Thanks for starting the bid trendicator. No end date in mind yet as I am looking to sell the site with BIN.

    - I messed w/the dates but it is just fine.
    - Featured links before are on a yearly basis but I switched it to permanent.

    Homepage link - $50 (1 yr)

    But I forgot to keep a list of payments for the monthly basis on homepage links.

    If it's well-promoted, the site could be profitable plus it is registered until '09 so renewal is not a problem. :)

    I don't have much time to promote the site due to other priority projects...

    I am open for offers but looking to sell the site @ BIN price..

    Last year's traffic from august to december. Traffic are mostly from sites where I purchase an advertising space. Site is averaging 500+ visits per month.
