It has been a long time since I have visited this forum. I hope everyone is doing Ok. I am doing better, as far as health concerns, but still have a long way to go. If anyone is wondering if articlesandcontent.com is still for sale or if already has a new owner, the aswer is: I am still selling it. I have had so many ofers, my mail boxed was floaded with offers but NONE could close the deal- I wonder why.
Well, you know what they say, bad luck comes in pairs. So, desperate as I am ( Portugal is not a good country to go sick, health is expensive if you wnat to REALLy get well) I have done something I said I never would. I have post it for sale for penies. I ´ve even tried to sell it in credit just so I could have some cash upfrpnt. I have an offer currently of..........( I am ashamed to say ......$3000. I do not know if I will take, I probably will because I need it badly.
And with this, I tell everyone- if anyone can make me a serious offer of more that this ridiculous ammount- I will sell it to you.
You can find more info about my bizz here:

SO lets see - you want $3000.00 for a site with no PR and 16 indexed pages.

Wouldnt happen to have a swamp for me to buy too would you?

I think it was because of the current income which was excellent.

but thats for only one month - The site has barely been up

in another post he claimed 1000 visits in that month - He also claimed someone offered him $10k - now he's willing to dump it for $3k?

    Just seems a bit fishy...

Maybe so..I don't know him personally but if I was to buy it I would have a contract that dealt with the staff staying as they are the asset.

At the price they write articles for, it is a bargain and there will always be a market.

I had thought he had more than one month at $1500 though

I don't think that he actually said that. He said he made $1500 in April, but nothing past that. Maybe that would be a good question....

Vera, What kind of profit did you make in May?

PS Did you get my PM?

That is right! a site with no PR and olny 16 indexable pages and an inviewbale list of rgular clients that keep my writers busy all the time! A site that avarages $1000 in sales in a slow month. Not one month, but three months I have had a consistent profit.
And yes, i have had a good offer of $10500 and turned it down...I was silly, thought I could find better because my biz is worth much more than that, you can bet your brains:p My list of lcients alone is worth almost is weight in gold but.....as you say, i am on a brick to take an offer of $3000 because I NEED IT BADLY!
I need the money for my health issues and well...if you think that is too unrealistic you might just be missing a great bargain.I Will sign a contract assigning you my writers, clients, non.competition contract whatever.

I am asking for an offer bigger than $3000
    anyone ?
    Thank you :)
ahhh proof of revenue is available

be honest. If you say you sell a "Online Content Provider Business", you have a better chance. If you want to sell the website, you won't even get $300. The value of the business is the writer, client base and repeatable business processes, which somehow you have to convince he potential buyers.

I never said otherwise. What is for sale here is the business! I think that is obvious to everyone.........the website is not worth much, the biz is...

I'm a little confused - is this a sale of business or just the website? If the business, are the persons currently paid for work contracted to do so, or can they walk away at any time?

I don't understand why you will not answer questions in public. By limiting the information, you're drastically reducing the number of potential buyers.

Just my $.14 (adjusted for inflation)

I believe so far I have answered all pertinent questions in public. In the other hand,I guess a serious buyer would be available to chat in private :)
Capebretoner, I am on my way to answer your PM. i am sorry for the late reply.

Just checked out your site. Wow, your rates for content are pretty low. And that's an awesome idea. Do you have steady employees? Or do you just hop on over to an offshoring site to farm out the work? I've been looking into some of this stuff, and the prices vary quite a bit.
