    You are 100% aware that i bought it on terms that the line issue will be fixed. I was aware that it had few pages missing and i had no problem with it at all. You asked me to send the domain but i refused because i did not want the site until those two problems are fixed. You than said you dont have time and you do it yourself. I said ok i will hire someone but if its not fixed i am not accepting it. Not even the best programmers here could fix it without rewriting and giving me quote of $300+ I do not have that much money for that now. I told you and you said ok you will post on rentacoder and do it for yourself and you gave me 4 days to fix the site and if not fixed you will refund. You said that on MSN chat. After 4 days you blocked me and not replying to my PMs since than. I do not want the site at all. I want refund now and i dont give shit to script. I do not want it and i am not going to use it its not worth it anyway because its not fixed how can i use it if its not even doing what it should be. IF that is what your trading practice is like its fine. Now i will do what i want but i tell you that what you did was not good and than not replying. I have got two PMs after posting here and people telling me i know he ignores everyone. Thats what people are thinking about you. You should be fair with your customers. You can keep the domain... You can keep the site... You can keep the money too...
    I will wait until 5 days and if i dont get my money back i will do what i like and i am telling you this will really turn messy and i really do not want that. I am really serious i do not like people doing that to me. As i said we can still solve it without problem but if thats not what you choose i have other options too. I can see how its going to turn like ...... :( I am not accepting the site now even if i get my money or not. You were aware of the problems but you didnt mention it at time of sale that also tell me something but i was fooled by your reputation. :( I hope you be fair

    Sorry man after all this i am not accepting the site or domain you can keep it. I will try my best to get my money back and weather i get it or no i dont want the site now. I still hope you be fair .....


    Please tell me clearly are you willing to refund or not so i dont waste more time on it and do what i have to.

    First of all tell me where in this thread description tell me that it has problems with the script. You just pointed out missing pages thats it... Guys please note that point. You never told your potential customers that it has problems. I asked you 4 times and you said no problems at all. I can post screenshots of those PMs. In all you said no problem until i pointed out those two.

    Refund my money and problem is over :) I will never reply with any kind of words in your future sales


    Now i am thinking he responded that day and gave me 4 day time limit to hire a coder and do it himself so that 45 days can pass on paypal payment and i can no longer open a dispute. Thats smart lol :D

    No need to wait 5 days... If you have any further complaints you will need to send a formal notice to my attorney via mail (not email).

    But here are the facts, you paid for the site and I tried to deliver it to you. You refused because you wanted me to fix the quiz display and some issue with the registration (which is fixed now correct?).... Now had I simply taken your money and not vanished without delivering the site that would be one thing. But you've had access to the site for nearly 2 months and now that PayPal laughed at you when you tried to do a chargeback you come here trying to threaten me until I give you your money back because you think buying the site was a mistake? It doesn't work that way.... So I bid you good luck in court. See you there.

    You bought the site that I told you I was selling because I didn't have time to finish and then tried to get me to devote time to it after the sale?

    In any case, angry chest beating and ranting mean nothing to me. I know I sold you a great site that just needs a little work and that you've had access to the code of the site. I refuse to let you try and bully me publicly or privately into letting you walk away scott free with a copy of the site and your money back.

    I ask you again where did you say in this sales thread that site had problems other then few missing pages. You never told your customers that it had problems and you are selling because of it.

    Also tell me why after 1 month you gave me time limit of 4 days that in those 4 days you will hire someone or if its not fixed you will refund. Thats what you said right????After 4 days you blocked me from MSN and never replied. Why did you give me time of 4 days... So that paypal dispute timeline is passed :confused: I see where you are coming from. Very bad man very bad.

    I am not accepting the domain i am not accepting the site. I am not going to accept the domain nor am i going to accept anything else than refund. If you refund everything is over and we dont deal with each other but if no refund i will do whatever people here do on DP on with such experiences.... :( I really feel bad that such an established member would do something like that.


    I rest my case... Let others decide who is right and who is wrong... I am waiting for an answer on where did you pointed out problems with the site in this sales thread other than those missing pages...

    Man try to understand.... Lets not do this. You refund my money and we forget about this. This really is going to turn messy otherwise. You can keep some $s for compensation of all this i can say sorry and we can delete these posts if the refund is made. Think about this please :)

    You can insinuate that I was deliberately trying to stall you until after the paypal deadline all you want but I think we both know that's absurd. I'm not the one that waited a month to come back and say they couldn't get the site fixed remember? Or was that part of my evil plan too?

    I went back and looked at PMs once again to be sure I'm not saying anything wrong here and I can see, the issues you pointed out I did not state before the sale. But they were issues I did not know about either. So I was not falsely misleading you. Let's be clear the 2 issues were the registration issue. (fixed) and the new quiz display. I had been testing the site and it worked fine. That's why all the older quizzes render properly. In fact everything did work fine until a few days after I gave you access to the code.... go figure.....

    Like I said I don't care what you "accept". I am still going to transfer the domain to you as it's still a PR4.

    I will compensate you for the registration and quiz display options not functioning properly. A portion of the site price you paid.

    Otherwise I suggest you quit now and send what you have to my attorney.

    Seriously now i am thinking i have been officially "scammed" but Mr George you will regret it. This is going to turn messy believe me i am not going to see you taking my hard earned money away like that and me sitting here doing nothing.

    In the sales thread in first post you say
    Everything works all the owner needs to do is add some pages


    That is clearly missleading when there are problems with the site. Now you say it was good before what a lie man what i lie :D Few posts back you said that you agreed to fix the problem first day and i did not have access to your cpanel until after 18 days of sale because you were supposely fixing it.

    I dont know what tells you that everything works when there are major problems that keep the script from working efficiently :eek:

    If you want to resolve it privately i will be more than happy to do that but if you want everything publically visible i have no problem. Choice is yours...

    According to my lawyer i do not have to send you anything. We just need to inform you and we already did that. I provided you with my lawyers contact info you can contact him if you want to provide anything but i am ROFL :D:D

    Refund my $500 if you are fair or refund $400 and you keep the rest because i can understand your position. BTW you also said that if it is not fixed in 4 days you will sell some site of yours and refund me. I wish everyone was truthful and fair :(

    Thats fine... Atleast now people will think twice before dealing with people like you. To be honest $500 doesnt really matters to me i hope it saves your life if thats what you are scamming me for.

    Here is my advice to people now...

    Reputation doesnt matter these days. There are people out there who are professional at this. Be extra careful and do your homework without trusting anyone based on their reputation. :(

    I am happy that this happened to me and not to someone to whom $500 really matters :D

    What happened was really unfortunate - Instead of pointing fingers at each other you should settle this via IM or PM's ..

    If GeorgeB, you developed the code for this site (or had it developed) - you definitely would have known what the problem/issue was - as for not replying to the PM's after reading em is thoroughly unprofessional. Instead of solving the problem amicably - asking the client to meet in court over such issues is serving no purpose. Now isnt your precious time wasted?

    Jaree you should have been more careful while dealing - you know like 50% now and 50% after everything fixed.

    Well i am sure he knew about the problem yet he miss leaded his potential customers. I am still waiting for an answer from his side on
    In the first post he say "Everything works only few missing pages need to be added" And in post# 20 and after wards his posts clearly show that he was aware of the problem yet he miss guided bidders like in post # 20 he said
    I know as i said before i "unfortunately" trusted him because he was an established member but now i know that i made a big mistake by looking at what other peoples are talking about him. I have had more than 2 PMs from people who had problem with this guy and about 3 people repped me telling me the problem they had with this guy. I will try my best to stop him from doing this again on DP or any other forum. I will keep that thread in my signature until i get a refund so people know what happened and what is truth. I hate to do that but as i said i am not just going to sit and watch someone taking my money away like that. I am sure he did it because he was really in bad need of that much money and if that really is the reason he can let me know and i will forget about this issue. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else and i will try my best to prevent this kind of situation happening here on DP while at the same time following all rules and guidelines. I also hope that people be more careful in dealing now and do their homework rather than trusting someone blindly. I learned my lesson Thanks for the good luck :D
    I hope so too but i dont see that happening by looking at the situation right now but i really hope that he be fair. I know it really is sad but life goes on and you really learn a lot from experiences like this :D

    I know lol :D:D Thats just another shameful way to avoid his customers in addition to blocking them on MSN and adding email address to spam list. I seriously dont know what to say but he should atleast be ashamed of what he did. :eek:
