Yes pctec, maybe more people like you should ask the same question in the "linkbaiting" thread. From the looks of it this forum has introduced and backed a pathetic male specimen.
I would use some background colors to separate the content from the menu items. Maybe have the left menu items over a that faint grey color instead of white so that the middle (body) content will be clear. The links and text at the footer is really hard to read - I would make the font a bit darker. Good Luck!
